1. Should have good
hand on experience in java
2. Should be well versed
with spring framework..
3. Integration of
data storage solutions.
4. Strong knowledge
of JavaScript, j Query, HTML, HTML, CSS, XML.
5. Should know how
to develop themes from scratch.
6. Developing,
maintaining and optimizing secure, reusable and scalable websites.
7. Work closely
with the architects to develop the best technical design and approach for new

development.
9. Good object
oriented and database programming skills.
10. Should have good Communication skills.
11. Should have problem solving,
prioritizing tasks, multi tasking abilities
12. Should be able to understand and handle
tasks independently.
13. Ability to work on deadlines.
14. Integration of user-facing elements
developed by front-end developers with server side
logic
15. Implementation of security and data
protection.
16. Word Press expert with strong command
in Word Press theme and plug-in development.
REQUIREMENTS.
